On Saturday, August 25, member John Harvey participated in the Percy Sutton Harlem 5K.  It was a warm-ish and slightly humid day at 74F and 85% humidity, but John persevered with a clock time of 22:21 (pace 7:13).  John notes “This is a new personal record time for me. Beating my last PR 14 months ago by almost one minute!”  

Not only did John set a PR, he encouraged 3 office-mates to join him in the event, as they were completing their 9+1 requirements for the NYC marathon.
