Fleet Feet Thursday Night Run
Fleet Feet Sports, Montclair, Every Thursday, 6:00 pm. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports (603 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042) This is a friendly social group run in the Fleet Feet Montclair neighborhood for one or two 3 mile loops (approximately 30-60 minutes). All paces are welcome and there is enough or as little mileage as you desire! The route is flat, scenic and easy to navigate.

Fleet Feet Sunday Morning Run
Fleet Feet Sports, Montclair, Every Sunday, 7:00 am. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports (603 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042)  Join this fun group of people training for endurance events such as half marathons or marathons, or who simply enjoy running longer distances. The standard route zips through scenic Montclair, and into Brookdale Park before returning to the store via a challenging climb on Wildwood Avenue.  The route runs 6-8+ miles (approximately 60-90+ minutes). We will help match you with others of similar pace.  This group typically runs between 8 and 10 minutes per mile.

Grove Pharmacy Sunday Morning Long Run
Every Sunday, 7:00 am, meet at Grove Pharmacy (123 Grove Street, Montclair, NJ 07042) for at least 7 but up to 20+ miles during Fall marathon season. This group typically runs between 7 and 8 minutes per mile.

West Essex Trail Saturday Morning Run
Every Saturday, 8:00 am, meet at Verona High School. Up to 6 miles on the West Essex Trail!

Wednesday Night Speed Training
Every Wednesday, 6:30 pm, weekly coached track workouts at Hurrel Field in Glen Ridge leading into the 11th running of the Lager Run 5K which finishes on the same track. Whether you are new to running or a seasoned veteran, workouts are designed to get you ready for a PR on June 25. Please arrive early to complete a proper warm up jog. Coach Paul Kartanowicz (PK) will introduce dynamic stretches and running drills followed by track workouts geared to all ability levels. PK is a certified USATF Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach / Head of Distance Running at Glen Ridge High School.

Hosted Runs
In addition to these training runs, club members host social runs from their homes.  These hosted runs offer a opportunity to get to know other club members while enjoying a leisurely 4 to 6 mile run at a pace that’s comfortable for you.  After the run, hang out, talk and sample excellent food!   It’s a great way to meet people from the club and enjoy running.  Our hosted run are usually in Winter on Saturday or Sunday mornings at 9am and on Wednesday or Thursday evenings at 7:00pm in the Summer.
